At Rosiva, we aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and offer an exchange or replacement.

Processing Time

Once your return or exchange request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the situation.
